Standard inserts / spacers

There are eleven £0.01 priced standard insert / spacer options: flor cork, matt carbon, red Paduak, natural brown figured or burl Sandalwood, dyed Sandalwood burl (in red, blue, black or green), Walnut and Wenge.

A range of other lower cost inserts are also available in the Standard range for a small surcharge, including Struble branded inserts. All will fit as long as they are purchased together so we can make any necessary adjustments before shipping.

Premium insert upgrade option

These seats will also fit our individually priced and photographed premium stabilised burl and exotic wood or acrylic inserts for Lemke LC1, LC7, Struble U20 and D20 and Seaguide UL1 or UL2 seats. About the Struble 20

The down locking version is supplied with a trim band for the cork handle end.  The uplocking version has an end cap as standard, with the option to purchase a fighting butt trim band subject to availability.

The Model 20 was relaunched as Struble’s flagship reel seat in the ‘Garrison’ style, a slim and light weight seat with a single lock ring, most suitable for fly rods up to #6/7.Glenn Struble Manufacturing Company was founded in 1974 by Glenn Struble and is under new ownership, but still manufacturing in Montana, USA.
